We are looking for a **Senior SDET / Automation Engineer** with strong hands\-on experience in **Cypress and TypeScript** to join a growing, collaborative engineering team. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in **Mexico** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and test plans * Mentor and guide mid\-level and junior QA engineers * Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks using **Cypress (heavy/proficient usage)**, **JMeter**, and **Postman** * Conduct code reviews and provide feedback focused on testability and quality * Analyze test results and provide clear recommendations for improvements * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC * Drive best practices and continuous improvement across QA processes * Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Strong expertise in **Cypress and TypeScript** * Experience with **JMeter, Jest, Postman, SQL/Databases, and Jira** * Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools * Proven experience in **end\-to\-end, API, and performance/load testing** * Proficiency in writing and executing complex test cases and automation scripts * Experience with source control systems such as **Git** * Familiarity with **AWS CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps practices **Soft Skills** * Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities * Strong problem\-solving and critical thinking skills * Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects * Proactive mindset in identifying and addressing quality issues If you’re a hands\-on SDET who enjoys leading by example and building high\-quality automation solutions, we’d love to hear from you. **Apply now to be considered.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $70,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Remote
