Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior MEAN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications while participating in architectural decisions and mentoring. Key Highlights: 1. Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using the MEAN stack. 2. Participate in architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning. 3. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, cloud-native applications, as well as participating in architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers. Experience and Education -5 years of software development experience. -3 years working with the MEAN stack. -Proven experience deploying containerized applications. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Key Responsibilities -Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the MEAN stack. -Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes. -Manage and optimize MongoDB databases. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps). -Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. -Mentor junior developers. -Participate in architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning. -Timely resolution of production incidents. -Document code, architecture, and processes. Technical Requirements -Proficiency in the MEAN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (recent versions), Node.js. -Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. -In-depth knowledge of MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation, performance tuning). -Experience building REST APIs and microservices architecture. -Familiarity with CI/CD and version control (Git). -Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Experience and Education -5 years of software development experience. -3 years working with the MEAN stack. -Proven experience deploying containerized applications. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Desired Certifications -CKAD or CKA (Kubernetes). -MongoDB Certified Developer Associate. -AWS or other cloud platform certification (optional). Soft Skills -Proactive problem-solving mindset. -Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation. -Excellent communication skills. -Mentoring capability. -Adaptability to dynamic environments. Plus -Experience with React or Vue.js. -Knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). -Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum). -Automated testing (Jest, Mocha).
