In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring our insurance products deliver exceptional value. You'll collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate complex requirements into clear specifications that guide our development process. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and clarify business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications including business architecture, process maps, wireframes, and data models * Ensure comprehensive specification of User Stories with all required data and background analysis available to the entire team * Design and define related test cases and support the Product Owner in creating effective acceptance criteria * Collaborate cross\-functionally with Platform Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, Business Architecture, and the Data Office to maintain end\-to\-end consistency of system, process, and information architecture * Anticipate and analyze customer needs to develop effective problem\-solving solutions * Organize and prioritize the Product Backlog based on Product Owner guidance * Own production support for one or more business applications, addressing user requests directly or triaging more complex cases to the development team * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on the corporate Wiki **Requirements** * At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles * Excellent stakeholder management skills for building strong relationships and facilitating collaboration * Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences * Proficiency in tools like Confluence and Jira for documentation and project tracking * Experience with agile management platforms such as Azure DevOps for managing workflows and tasks * Proficient in Visio or other process mapping tools, with good knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) for visualizing and optimizing business processes * Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross\-functional product teams * Experience with Commercial Insurance products and processes * Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations * Experience with data modeling and database concepts for designing and analyzing data structures * Familiarity with API design principles for integrating systems and enhancing interoperability
