A leading IT consulting firm is hiring a Scrum Master Act as an agile mentor within the organization, driving digital transformation and sustainable team performance. Requirements: More than 3 years of experience in the Scrum Master role. Experience leading multiple agile teams or in scaled agile environments. Intermediate conversational English required. Valid Scrum Master certification; advanced certifications (A-CSM, PSM II) are preferred. Desirable experience working with teams developing using AI. Responsibilities: -Facilitate the Scrum process. -Strategically remove impediments. -Coach and mentor the team. -Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy and business objectives. -Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters, leaders, and stakeholders to increase Scrum effectiveness and adoption across the organization. -Lead and participate in Scrum planning and adoption initiatives within the company, helping stakeholders and employees understand its benefits. -Act as a change agent, promoting an agile culture beyond development teams. Knowledge: -Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello) and ability to adapt them to the team’s specific needs. -Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), DevOps, and automated testing. -Understanding of modern software architectures and design principles.
