Change agent promoting agile culture A leading IT consulting firm is hiring a Scrum Master Act as an agile mentor within the organization, driving digital transformation and sustainable team performance. Requirements: 5 years of experience in the Scrum Master role Experience leading multiple agile teams or operating in scaled agile environments. Conversational Intermediate English is mandatory Valid Scrum Master certification; advanced certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II) are preferred. Responsibilities: -Facilitate the Scrum process -Strategically remove impediments -Coach and mentor the team -Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy and business objectives. -Work closely with other Scrum Masters, leaders, and stakeholders to increase Scrum effectiveness and adoption across the organization. -Lead and participate in Scrum planning and adoption initiatives across the company, helping stakeholders and employees understand its benefits. -Act as a change agent, promoting an agile culture beyond development teams.
