Knowledge of costs, budgets, and safety regulations Due to expansion, a leading company in its sector is seeking: * **RETAIL CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role **Retail experience (required)** Experience leading construction and/or maintenance work crews Knowledge of direct and indirect cost and budget management Experience managing high-risk projects Familiarity with construction industry safety regulations Experience interacting with and negotiating with construction suppliers Experience handling government procedures KPI management skills Experience negotiating with clients **Experience in finishes and visual merchandising (retail)** Proficiency in design software Willingness to travel occasionally Work location: Lerma, State of Mexico.
