RAILWAY COMPANY REQUIRES **Specialists for Railway Operations and Maintenance** **Job Mission** Ensure the safe and efficient operation of railway systems through supervision, maintenance, and commissioning of workshop equipment, rolling stock, and signaling systems, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory, technical, and quality requirements at every project phase. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on railway infrastructure. * Supervise assembly, installation, and testing of equipment and systems. * Document technical interventions and report performance indicators. * Comply with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental protocols. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Support commissioning and final handover of projects to the client. Specialization Areas (assigned according to candidate’s experience) * **Workshop Equipment:** maintenance of industrial machinery and tools; supervision of workshop and depot facilities. * **Rolling Stock:** supervision of manufacturing, FAT/SAT testing, and maintenance of trains and railcars. * **Signaling:** installation, calibration, and testing of railway signaling systems; compliance with EN50126/28/29 standards. Requirements * **Education:** Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Railway) with official diploma and professional license. For technical-level profiles: Higher Technical Diploma in Mechanics, Electricity or Electromechanics. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in railway or industrial projects. For senior profiles: 10+ years, including experience supervising assembly and commissioning. * **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced technical English (B2). * **Software:** Advanced Microsoft Office; AutoCAD (2D) desirable; document management platforms (ACC, ACONEX). * **Competencies:** results-oriented mindset, problem-solving ability, technical supervision, field leadership, critical thinking, assertive communication. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel and relocate as required by project needs.
