In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating key projects to ensure their success. · Requirements: Engineering or bachelor’s degree in a field related to information technology. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in this role (Mandatory) Insurance Industry Experience: Life Insurance, GMM (Major Medical Expenses), Property & Casualty, Auto, Civil Liability, etc. (Mandatory) Portfolio Management Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience (Mandatory) · Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage the capacity of the Managed Cell comprising approximately 10 or 11 Project Managers. Supervise team performance and project health (schedule, cost, quality). Identify dependencies and resolve conflicts. Resolve and escalate outstanding issues. Identify and mitigate risks affecting the portfolio. Ensure compliance with quality standards. Implement contingency plans and corrective actions. Prepare progress reports, key metrics (KPIs), and results. · Knowledge and Skills: Strategic program direction aligned with business objectives, ensuring value delivery across multiple interdependent projects. Strong knowledge of management frameworks (PMBOK, MSP, Agile, SAFe), applying predictive, agile, or hybrid approaches as appropriate to context. Effective risk, dependency, and resource management, with a preventive focus and systemic perspective to ensure program continuity. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, influence without direct authority, and foster collaboration between technical and business areas. Analytical capability for data-driven decision-making, based on KPIs and strategic prioritization criteria. Clear and persuasive executive communication, tailored to various organizational levels, including steering committees and key stakeholders.
