Our extensive product portfolio—including towel, tissue, soap, and air freshener dispensers, as well as other bathroom-related products—combined with our high service levels and reputation for innovation, has enabled us to become a market leader. **Job Objective** Develop, document, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for plastic-injected products, ensuring that technical documentation, process folders, and PPAPs comply with customer requirements, applicable regulations, and internal standards. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Plastics Engineering, or related field. * Preferred: 1 year of experience in engineering or manufacturing. * Experience in plastic injection processes (preferred). * Competencies: Attention to detail, process orientation, proactive attitude, teamwork, and follow-up skills. **Technical Knowledge** * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Plastic injection processes. * Plastic materials and their properties. * Basic use of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic metrology. **Functions or Activities** * Prepare process folders for new products. * Update existing process folders by conducting time and motion studies. * Define process parameters and work methods. * Create and update visual aids for operation, inspection, and packaging. * Develop and update production line and workstation layouts. * Prepare and update PPAPs for injected parts, logos, and finished products. * Coordinate pilot runs and production releases. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure correct implementation of changes. * Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. **We Offer** * Weekly salary payment. * Weekly food vouchers. * 35% vacation bonus. * Eleven additional days beyond statutory requirements. * Savings fund. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
