Job Summary: We are seeking a Preventive Technician with experience in technical support and maintenance of computer equipment, responsible for hardware and software configuration and optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for computer equipment (hardware/software) 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of various devices 3. Configuration and optimization of computers and printers **PREVENTIVE TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical degree or related engineering degree. * 6 to 12 months’ experience performing preventive maintenance on computer equipment. * Availability to travel. **EXPERIENCE:** * Technical support for computer equipment at hardware/software level. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of CPUs, laptops, monitors, laser printers, thermal printers, and scanners. * Configuration of computers and printers. * Installation and configuration of PC, Internet, and network devices. * Equipment labeling. * Optimization of equipment for improved performance. * Report generation. * Data entry. **WORK LOCATION:** * Mexico City (CDMX), Metropolitan Area * Interior of the Republic (seasonal only) **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $9,500 net per month * Statutory benefits. * Travel allowances.
