




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the comprehensive and accurate management of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefits, as well as handling personnel transactions with the IMSS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages weekly and monthly payroll processing, including calculations and deductions. 2. Handles IMSS-related personnel transactions and corresponding declarations. 3. Performs severance and settlement calculations and manages employee benefits. 1. Process weekly and monthly payrolls, as well as pre-payrolls for employees, accurately and on time, calculating salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits. 2. Execute IMSS-related personnel transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). 3. Prepare IMSS-related declarations. 4. Manage and calculate payments for assimilated salaries. 5. Perform variable payroll calculations. 6. Maintain control and administration of food vouchers, savings fund, credit union, payroll incidents, vacations, vacation bonus, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and PTU (Profit Sharing). 7. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including changes in salaries, deductions, benefits, and other relevant data. 8.
