SALARY OF $9,640.00 GROSS FOOD VOUCHERS OF $365.45 Main responsibilities: * Technical support to corporate users (laptops and desktop computers). * Equipment renewal and configuration. * Incident handling and follow-up. * Installation and deployment of the client’s corporate software. * Basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Adherence to professional image and customer service standards. Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site support to corporate users. * Knowledge of hardware, software, basic networking, and ticketing tools. * Excellent personal presentation, service-oriented attitude, and effective communication skills.
