We are seeking an On-Site Support Engineer to deliver technical support at our client Posadas’ facilities located in Campeche. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday; fixed day off on Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **SALARY:** Gross salary of $13,000.00 Food vouchers of $150.00 Gasoline vouchers of 400 pesos. Statutory benefits. **Main Responsibilities:** Technical support for corporate users (laptops and desktop computers). Equipment renewal and configuration. Incident handling and follow-up. Installation and deployment of client’s corporate software. Basic preventive and corrective maintenance. Adherence to professional image and customer service standards. **Requirements:** Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site technical support to corporate users. Knowledge of hardware, software, basic networking, and ticketing tools.
