




Position Summary: A leading technology company is seeking an On-Site Support Engineer to maintain operational equipment, respond to incidents, and coordinate maintenance activities. Coordination of hardware maintenance with vendors A leading technology company invites you to join its team as: ON-SITE SUPPORT ENGINEER Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Informatics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in ICT support. Desirable certifications or courses: ITIL and CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless. Knowledge: \- Windows 10 or later \- Microsoft Office 365 \- Familiarity with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or similar Responsibilities: \- Technical support for users—incidents and requests: maintaining optimal functionality of PCs, laptops, printers, videoconferencing rooms, and telephony systems by responding to and resolving both hardware and software incidents and requests on-site until fully resolved. \- Collaborate on IT equipment inventory management. \- Coordinate hardware maintenance activities through external vendors.
