Responsibilities: Inventory movement transaction control Productivity control across receiving, warehouse, replenishment, and reverse logistics areas Warehouse shrinkage control Labor cost control Proper handling of returned products Foster a friendly and respectful environment within the warehouse team Ensure adherence to good operational practices (safety and hygiene) Ensure product availability for replenishment Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration degree, or related field. Degree holder required. Prior experience: 5 years in this position. Experience operating computer equipment, radio frequency devices, or other handheld warehouse management devices. Software and package knowledge: Intermediate Office, ERPs, and WMS. Availability: Willingness to travel and flexibility with working hours. Work schedule: 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Friday; Saturday off.
