We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Job Description** **Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician **Business Unit:** Electronics \& Controls **Location:** Chihuahua, Mexico 2 **Reports To:** Manufacturing Engineer **Department:** Engineering **Second Shift** **General Job Description** Develop necessary manufacturing documentation per customer requirements, resolve process issues, and implement continuous improvement to increase productivity and quality. **Responsibilities:** · Design, implement and/or translate Work Instructions for electronic assemblies. · Optimize workstations for operators (based on ergonomic principles). · Create processes in MES Factory Logix system to ensure product quality. · Select and implement tools and equipment aligned with product and production specifications. · Train operators on work methods and instructions. · Design and implement Lean Manufacturing methods. · Provide production support for process-related issues. · Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity and quality. **Authority:** · Document processes, provide support, and implement process improvements. **Basic Requirements:** · Completed technical degree or engineering degree. · English proficiency: 70%. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Experience in electronic assembly manufacturing processes. · Problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork skills. · Proactive attitude. **Preferred Requirements:** · Proficiency in AutoCAD. · Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics. · Problem-solving techniques. · Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification. · Supplier management experience. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
