DESCRIPTION **Manual Tester (Financial Sector)** Work Modality: On-site – Polanco, CDMX We are looking for a Manual Tester with experience in the financial sector to join a high-volume operational production project. This position combines manual functional testing with second-level support; therefore, we seek an analytical, organized, and service-oriented candidate. Responsibilities * Management and analysis of production defects, incident replication, and technical documentation. * Design and execution of manual functional tests. * Development of test matrices and test cases. * Validation of fixes and tracking of releases to QA and production environments. * Participation in requirements analysis, definition of acceptance criteria, and functional scope. * Execution of tests across different environments (IST, UAT, pre-production, and production). * First-level Help Desk support and user assistance. * Documentation in knowledge bases and post-production follow-up. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in manual software testing. Experience in the financial sector (preferably in credit or origination systems). Experience developing test matrices and test cases. Knowledge of incident management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). Basic SQL Server queries. Use of web service testing tools (Postman or SoapUI).
