Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced automotive maintenance team leader to ensure optimal operational performance of heavy-duty cargo vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and coordinate maintenance department activities With experience in the automotive industry to lead our maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our heavy-duty cargo vehicles remain in optimal condition and ready for operation. Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles \- Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition \- Administer, control, and coordinate maintenance department activities and personnel \- Lead maintenance teams and resolve conflicts \- Conduct road tests and tire inspections \- Operate computer equipment and maintenance management software Requirements: \- Degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field \- 2 years of experience in automotive maintenance \- Knowledge of personnel management and leadership \- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance \- Knowledge of tire inspection and road testing Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
