We are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as: Junior Compliance Analyst | Whistleblower Reports | Code of Ethics: Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Criminology, or Sociology. 1–2 years of experience as an Analyst focused on internal whistleblower report investigations, including conducting interviews, documenting findings, and supporting ethical compliance processes within the organization. Responsibilities: Support internal whistleblower report investigations. Conduct virtual and telephone interviews. Document findings. Follow Ethics Committee protocols. Deliver reports to leadership. Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics. Essential Skills: Virtual/telephone interviewing, executive writing, oral and written communication, information analysis. Work Modality: Hybrid (primarily virtual) at Av. Insurgentes Sur, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
