




A leading Mexican company specializing in professional engineering services for Telecommunications Networks and Systems is seeking a junior engineer, who may be a recent graduate with knowledge in Systems and Telecommunications, to support monitoring of the company's operations and networks. **Job Objective:** Supervise and maintain monitoring of customer networks, servers, and any telecommunications equipment at the company's operations center. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Monitor customers' network operations centers and data centers. 2\. Coordinate equipment maintenance and support upgrade requirements. 3\. Track preventive equipment maintenance via tickets. 4\. Support tracking of server maintenance via tickets. 5\. Provide basic technical guidance for incident and request resolution. 6\. Monitor, operate, and provide basic customer support. 7\. Open \- close network issue tickets. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Network and Telecommunications Engineering, Systems, Computer Science or related field (degree completion not required, but all credits must be completed). \- 0 to 1 year of experience, including internships. Knowledge: \- Knowledge of networks, communications, software/hardware. \- VLAN networks. \- Internet protocols. \- General electronics knowledge. \- General administration knowledge. Having some level of English is a plus. **Work Conditions:** Full-time, on-site position. Rotating shifts: 7 PM to 3 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, or 2 PM to 10 PM. Two days off per week. Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX. Two blocks from Xola metro station.
