DESCRIPTION Ensure the stability, operation, evolution, and specialized support of the ICERTIS Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, driving efficiency across the contractual lifecycle and guaranteeing optimal integrations, deployments, and automations under Senior DevOps practices. This role acts as the technical guardian of the system, resolving complex incidents, implementing improvements, and enabling business contracts to become strategic assets through the use of AI and automation. REQUIREMENTS **In ICERTIS (ICI) – minimum 1 year** Support, configuration, and administration of ICI. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within ICERTIS. Data models, workflows, rules, templates, clauses, and CLM modules. ICERTIS integrations with ERPs, CRMs, or enterprise systems. Advanced troubleshooting within the platform. **In DevOps – Senior (3+ years)** CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions or similar). Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation, etc.). Advanced cloud environment administration (Azure preferred). Monitoring, observability, and logging. Version control, branching, automation, and governance. Design, implementation, and maintenance of production and non-production environments. **Related technologies** Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Protocols and APIs (REST, SOAP).
