BGSW has 4 development centers: 2 in India, 1 in Vietnam and 1 in Mexico. **Job Description** We’re looking for a mid\-level IT Recruiter who thrives in fast\-paced, international environments and enjoys owning recruitment projects end\-to\-end. This is not an entry\-level coordination role — and it’s not a highly strategic leadership role either. We’re looking for someone in the sweet spot: experienced enough to drive results independently, yet hands\-on and excited about execution. You’ll be partnering with engineering leaders in the automotive technology space, working closely with stakeholders from US, India and Germany, and managing external recruitment vendors to ensure high\-quality, timely hires across LATAM.
