




Job Summary: Responsible for leading the attraction and selection of IT talent, ensuring the identification, evaluation, and hiring of specialized profiles while interacting with technical leaders and international teams. Manage candidate experience and support employer branding **Job Objective** Responsible for leading the attraction and selection processes of specialized technology talent across various organizational areas, ensuring the identification, evaluation, and hiring of IT profiles aligned with business needs. This role requires direct interaction with technical leaders and international teams; therefore, fluent English is required. ***SALARY TO BE AGREED*** **Main Responsibilities** * Manage full-cycle IT recruitment processes (end to end). * Identify and attract specialized technology talent through various recruitment sources. * Conduct active candidate search (headhunting) on professional platforms and technology communities. * Conduct pre-screening interviews and validate technical and behavioral competencies. * Coordinate technical interviews with technology leaders and business stakeholders. * Administer and maintain the ATS or candidate tracking system up to date. * Generate progress reports on selection processes and recruitment metrics. * Manage candidate experience throughout the entire selection process. * Support employer branding strategies and technological talent attraction. Experience * **3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment** * Experience recruiting profiles such as: * Software Developers * DevOps Engineers * QA Engineers * Data Engineers * Cloud Engineers * IT Support / Infrastructure * Network Engineers * Cybersecurity * Experience in **technical recruitment for technology companies, BPOs, or IT consulting firms**. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in recruitment platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter Computrabajo OCC Indeed * Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as: Pandapé Greenhouse Workday Lever or similar * General knowledge of the technology ecosystem and agile methodologies.
