Opportunity to teach various specialized topics **Job Title:** Instructor for the Diploma Program in Strategic Technology Management for Business. **Position Type:** Temporary. **Work Modality:** Remote **Salary:** $360.00 per hour **Schedule:** Wednesdays and Thursdays, 5:00–7:30 p.m. Expected start date: April 2026 Job Description A higher education institution is seeking an instructor to deliver modules within the Diploma Program in Strategic Technology Management for Business. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering online sessions as well as assessing participants’ academic performance. Each module lasts 6 hours. Responsibilities * Deliver classes in online modality. * Prepare teaching materials and digital resources. * Develop up-to-date content on strategic technology management for business. * Assess student activities and performance. * Participate in a demonstration class as part of the selection process. Topics to Be Taught Candidates may apply for one or more of the following modules: * Service lifecycle, ITIL, maturity models. * Help desk, SLA, service quality. * COBIT, service value, KPIs. * IT automation, DevOps, digital transformation. * Leadership styles, situational leadership, coaching. * Effective communication, digital tools. * Agile methodologies, Scrum, scheduling, resources. * Motivation, organizational culture, emotional management. * Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. * Canvas, innovation, SWOT analysis. * Budgeting, ROI, TCO, investment analysis. * Metrics, auditing, quality, and feedback. Academic Requirements Bachelor’s degrees or Engineering degrees in: Administration, Computer Science, Information Technologies, Business Administration, Systems, Business, or related fields. Master’s degrees in: Technology Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Digital Transformation. Doctoral degrees in: Administrative Sciences, Innovation, Education with a focus on ICT, or Technology Management. Experience * Experience in sectors such as: technology services management, team leadership, digital transformation, strategic planning, project administration, or continuous improvement. * Demonstrable experience in: ITSM implementation, use of collaboration tools, basic financial management, organizational analysis, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean). * Teaching experience preferred.
