Job Summary: An engineering professional with experience in machinery maintenance and repair, also providing remote and on-site assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. 2. Provides installation services and remote and telephone technical support. 3. Requires knowledge in mechanics, electricity, electronics, and CAD software. 1) Performs preventive and corrective maintenance services. 2) Performs machinery installation services. 3) Prepares a service report for each visit. 4) Provides telephone-based support services. 5) Provides remote support services. 6) Maintains work tools in good order. 7) Performs any other related tasks assigned by supervisor. Assists with information for preparing the installation requirements document. **Formal Education:** Engineering. **Experience:** 3 years in a similar position. **Knowledge and Skills:** Machines and tools, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Units of measurement, Computer-aided design (CAD) software, Computer literacy, Creating disk images, PC restoration. - On-site customer support across various regions of Mexico and Latin America. - Travel by automobile.
