Join our team as: **General Accountant** **We offer you:** · Direct hiring by the company. · Salary negotiable according to experience. · Statutory benefits. · Job stability. · Option for an indefinite-term contract. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00. **Certified Public Accountant or related field (degree required)** **Experience:** · Minimum 5 years managing accounting for construction companies. **VERIFIABLE WITH LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION.** **Key Responsibilities:** · Monthly and annual closings. · Submission of SIROC / REPSE information. · Preparation of Financial Statements. · Tax stamping of receipts and invoicing. · Cost and budget management. · Accounting and tax reporting. · Accounting entries and bank reconciliations. · Cleanup and consolidation of asset, liability, and expense accounts. · Filing of monthly tax returns; submission and receipt of information to/from SAT. · Control and administration of expense documentation. · Audit coordination and support. **Knowledge and Skills:** · Management of material resources and capital. · Tax requirements for invoicing. · Budget control. · Expense control. · Accounts payable. · Financial reporting. · Personnel supervision. · Oral and written communication. · Microsoft Office suite. · IDSE, SUA, SIROC, INFONAVIT. · Vehicle operation (desirable). **Software:** · CONTPAQi, NOMINAX, Facturador **Personal Qualities:** · High level of organization and attention to detail. · Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling financial information. · Proactivity and problem-solving ability. · Punctuality and adherence to deadlines. · Teamwork and effective communication. **Work Location:** · Atizapán de Zaragoza (behind Tecnológico de Monterrey) **Thank you very much for considering OLICER to continue your professional career!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
