JOIN OUR TEAM!! Functional Process Analyst · Location: CDMX, Av. Paseo de la Reforma. Modality: On-site. Advanced intermediate English (B2) required; conversational fluency essential. Requirements: At least 3–4 years of experience in similar roles. Experience managing critical or complex incidents affecting credit operations. Experience in root cause analysis to identify recurring failures and structural issues. Solid knowledge of ITIL, especially incident, problem, and change management. Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, subqueries, diagnostic scripts). Experience identifying data errors and ensuring data integrity in credit systems. Familiarity with UML or BPMN for business process modeling and analysis. Knowledge of integrations and APIs using JSON, XML, and tools such as Postman. Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Ability to create dashboards and analyze regional incident trends.
