Integrates MEP systems and coordinates multidisciplinary teams A leading construction company in Cancún is seeking a **Facilities Coordinator.** **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Experience: 3 years in the position. * Gender: Unrestricted **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** · Strategic planning, progress monitoring, and advancement of construction projects. · Ensure and document that all materials and works are executed in accordance with the project. · Ensure construction quality complies with standards specified in the project and current regulations. · Integrate MEP installation systems harmoniously with the project structure. · Conduct engineering reviews across all MEP disciplines. · Review installation execution and resolve any risks. **Knowledge / Skills:** · Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CCTV, fire alarm, and data systems. · Knowledge of current NOM regulations and installation codes. · Knowledge of blueprint reading, construction materials, and processes. · Software (Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Autodesk Construction Cloud). · Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. · KPI measurement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
