Participate in the design of high-availability architectures DESCRIPTION Middleware specialist responsible for supporting and administering middleware instances such as Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, etc., in hybrid and cloud environments; must also possess knowledge of databases, operating systems (Linux), system security, and incident resolution. Main Responsibilities: .\- Documentation .\- Clearly explain identified errors and analyze potential solutions .\- Direct communication with customers and support teams .\- Lead automation of middleware application deployment and release tasks .\- Optimize middleware instance configurations to improve performance and efficiency .\- Handle and resolve incidents, requests, and complex issues .\- Design and implement self-healing solutions for common incidents .\- Collaborate with development teams to automate integration and deployment of new functionalities .\- Participate in defining the team’s DevOps strategy .\- Technical clarity in preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .\- Engage in complex requirements and high-impact changes .\- Creation of new workarounds .\- Participation in designing high-availability architectures and migrating applications to the cloud .\- Participate in audits and manage licensing usage for middleware products REQUIREMENTS Systems Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, or related degree; minimum 7 years of experience. Knowledge of middleware tool administration. .\- Solid expertise in technologies such as Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, Informatica, DataStage, Integration Bus, OBIEE, Oracle Forms & Reports, IIS—on-premise and in the cloud .\- Experience designing and implementing automated deployment and scalability architectures for middleware applications .\- Advanced knowledge of integrating middleware tools with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) solutions .\- Knowledge of microservices architecture and APIs .\- Experience optimizing middle-tier components, managing database interaction, and assisting in Web Services configuration .\- Preferred: Experience migrating applications to cloud environments Skills .\- Attention to detail .\- Logical and critical reasoning ability .\- Writing skills for report and documentation preparation .\- Strong interpersonal relationship management and teamwork capability .\- Adaptability to change
