




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise processes, conduct statistical analyses, issue technical bulletins, and manage reports and calibrations while interacting with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of records and samples 2. Statistical analysis and issuance of technical reports 3. Preparation of summaries for the Technical Committee and customer service **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Bachelor's degree in Geophysical Engineering. * Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. * Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise sample intake records. * Software operation, coordination of data entry and system update activities. * Perform statistical analysis of results. * Issue technical bulletins for non-conforming products. * Define technical modifications to customer reports. * Prepare information summaries for the Technical Committee. * Develop the annual calibration program. * Develop the annual equipment verification program. * Validate updates to applicable standards. * Ensure updates to standards are reflected in work formats. * Technical report preparation. * Supervision of delivery cover page control. * Customer service regarding reprints and modifications of result reports. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of statistics. **EXPERIENCE:** * 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office suite. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30 hours. * Saturdays, 8:30 – 13:00 hours. **SALARY:** * $12,500.00 – $14,000.00 * Statutory benefits. * Mobile phone allowance. * Ongoing training.
