This position is critical to ensuring the proper operation of video surveillance systems, networks, and electronic equipment installed in patrol vehicles, UMVs, and customer sites. Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose technical issues in CCTV equipment, recording systems, and associated devices, identifying faults and proposing immediate solutions. * Interpret electrical and connection diagrams to verify installations, detect errors, and ensure proper equipment functionality. * Operate and inspect CCTV monitoring platforms and DVRs, performing basic configurations, validating recordings, and verifying system status. * Respond to and document fault reports, providing technical support to customers, participating in follow-up meetings, and communicating the status of each case. * Track helpdesk tickets, ensuring incidents are resolved within established timeframes and that customers remain informed about case progress. * Coordinate and track reports escalated to vendors or manufacturers, verifying response times, warranty coverage, and corrective actions. * Provide direct technical support for customer-installed equipment—including cameras, DVRs, surveillance towers, monitoring software, and data downloads—ensuring optimal daily operation.
