Focus on efficiency and economic objectives **Position: Costs and Budgets** **Position Objective** Plan, develop, and control the costs and budgets of construction projects, ensuring financial viability, efficient use of resources, and achievement of the project’s economic objectives. **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **Experience:** 3–5 years in cost and budget management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Construction budgeting. * Unit price analysis. * Cost control. * Construction regulations and processes. **Tools:** * Advanced Excel. * Cost and budgeting software (Opus, Neodata, Presto, or others). * Reading and interpretation of blueprints. **We Offer:** * Working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Biweekly payment * 100% IMSS coverage from day one 100% on-site employment at offices located in San Pedro, Garza García, N.L.
