Odoo ERP Consultant and Implementer (Intermediate – Senior Level) We are looking for an Odoo ERP Consultant and Implementer with proven experience in implementation, configuration, and business process optimization projects. We seek an analytical, structured, and results-oriented professional capable of leading functional requirement gathering and translating business needs into effective solutions within the Odoo ecosystem. Position Objective Analyze, design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions based on Odoo ERP, ensuring client processes are accurately modeled in the system while meeting project scope, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional requirement gathering with clients. Document requirements and prepare functional specifications. Configure standard Odoo modules. Identify functional gaps and define solutions. Coordinate with technical teams for custom development when required. Execute functional testing (UAT). Train end users and operational teams. Manage scope changes in a structured manner. Ensure accurate data migration. Support go-live and post-production stabilization. Technical Requirements Proven experience in Odoo implementations (minimum 3–5 years). Functional knowledge of modules such as: Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing (preferred), Projects. Experience in business process analysis and modeling. Ability to distinguish between configuration and development requirements. Experience working with technical teams (developers). General knowledge of databases and Odoo architecture (preferred).
