JOB DESCRIPTION: MC Construcciones seeks a **Civil Construction Resident** with proven experience to manage and supervise construction projects from the field. We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who can lead technical teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. **What will you do?** * Fully oversee the daily execution of assigned construction projects. * Supervise technical teams on site (foremen, safety and hygiene personnel, surveyors, and equipment operators). * Plan, monitor, and track weekly and monthly progress against the construction schedule. * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the Document Control and Quality Department. * Maintain up-to-date construction logs and project documentation. * Supervise compliance with on-site safety and hygiene measures. * Implement resource control, productivity monitoring, and continuous improvement strategies. * Identify and report extra work, change orders, and project modifications. * Supervise proper use of materials, equipment, and machinery. * Resolve field incidents and problems promptly.
