Participates in quality and performance improvement meetings. **Cementing Field Specialist** The WS-WIT Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable PSD for Customers. Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risks during service delivery. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of work deliverables. Responsible for service execution. Participates in job safety risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. Establishes customer contacts to promote company products and services. Ensures compliance with company standards and regulations through implementation of CAT, self-assessments, and well inspections. Participates in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improves performance through action plans. Participates in HSE and quality initiatives. **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cementing Specialist (Offshore verifiable experience is mandatory). **Requirements:** Education: Engineering degree preferred Advanced English Knowledge of cementing design software Knowledge of conventional slurry design and cementing additives. Proficiency in operation and maintenance of cementing units. Basic knowledge of casing hardware usage Applications and fundamental technical aspects.
