Results-oriented approach. Assertive communication skills. Ability to handle frustrating situations. RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership (more than 80 people) Develop and supervise cold sales strategies. Monitor the work floor in real time to motivate achievement of sales targets. Define lead allocation and analysis strategies to optimize conversion rates.
