Manage and channel requests for technology projects A leading IT consulting firm is hiring a BRM Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or postgraduate degree in a related area is highly desirable. Certifications such as Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) or Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM®) are a significant plus. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in roles combining business and technology responsibilities. Proven experience in areas such as project management, business analysis, IT consulting, or account management. Prior experience in a formal BRM or IT Business Partner role is preferred. Experience working directly with executive-level leaders. Responsibilities: -Act as a strategic partner between IT and business units, building strong relationships with key leaders and stakeholders. -Understand business strategy and needs to identify opportunities where technology can deliver value. -Manage and channel requests for projects, services, or technological improvements, supporting the development of business cases. -Prioritize technology initiatives based on strategic value, urgency, and available resources. -Supervise the project portfolio and promote the IT service catalog. -Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, translating requirements and technological capabilities. -Monitor IT service performance, manage business feedback, and address critical escalations.
