Business Analyst · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or engineering in Systems/Actuarial Science or related business field Minimum 2 years performing this role Main Responsibilities Systems Analysis and Design: Evaluate and define functional requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing systems. Create technical documentation such as flowcharts, user stories, and backlogs. Assess technical feasibility and risks associated with proposed solutions. Test and Quality Management Report and monitor resolution of defects identified during testing. Communication and Support: Serve as a bridge between development teams and end users or clients. Translate business requirements into language understandable by the development team.
