Requirements: Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (B2) Banking Domain Knowledge: Solid experience in Banking, specifically in the credit lifecycle. Process Knowledge: Origination flows, integration with risk engines, and disbursement/funding processes. Analytical Capability: Specialist in documenting As-Is processes, mapping stakeholders (Interest/Power Matrix), and identifying interdepartmental dependencies (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.). Research Skills: Proactive profile capable of conducting discovery interviews, shadowing, and analyzing data outputs/reporting that feed other departments.
