Base salary: $10,000 Uncapped commissions Welcome bonus: $4,000 per month (first 3 months) Meal vouchers Statutory benefits from day one Life insurance Salary paid via payroll What will you do in this role? · Manage and follow up on leads interested in auto insurance Contact customers by phone to offer insurance policies and vehicle protection services Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions Follow up through to sale closure and after-sales support Enter information into the system Deliver high-quality service that builds trust and fosters loyalty Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Rotating weekend days off Candidate Profile: Sales experience (telemarketing, call center, or insurance) Experience working with leads (not cold prospecting) Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills Results-oriented with goal achievement focus Negotiation and closing skills Proactive attitude and customer-centric approach Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma - General Baccalaureate 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish, English Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: director, management, governance, regency, executive, managing, ejecutivo, insurance, insurer, insurance
