We are currently looking for your talent to join us as: AI Engineer (LLMs / Claude / OpenAI / Automation): Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. 2–3 years of experience as an Artificial Intelligence Application Developer, with expertise in integrating generative models (Claude, OpenAI, or others), developing automations, and building solutions based on APIs and modern frameworks. Responsibilities: Design and implementation of applications using language models (Claude, OpenAI, or others). Creation and optimization of prompts (prompt engineering). Integration of AI APIs into web or backend applications. Building automations (chatbots, copilots, workflows). Analysis and improvement of model outputs. Collaboration with business units. Monitoring API usage, costs, and performance. Technical documentation. Essential Skills: (Python, JavaScript or similar), REST APIs, experience with LLMs (Claude/OpenAI or others), prompt engineering, frameworks (React, Node.js, FastAPI or similar), automation (scripts, Zapier, Make or similar), data handling (SQL, CSV, basic analysis), technical English. Work Modality: 100% remote from anywhere in Mexico. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. We Offer: 100% payroll-based employment.
