Diagnosis and resolution of complex network issues Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: L2 - Network Data Engineer / Network Data Engineer **Conversational English required** **On-site work at offices in CDMX, Monterrey, or Guadalajara** Hybrid work model (3 days remote - 2 days on-site) **Requirements:** * **6+ years of experience in Network Administration (routing, switching, and security).** * Experience with LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, PBR, IPSEC, GRE, DMVPN, VSS, troubleshooting, and Cisco Wireless. * **Experience with Cisco network security** (ASA and FTD). * Experience with **Silver Peak** **SD-WAN and load balancers.** Configure and maintain A10 devices for load balancing, SSL offloading, and traffic optimization. * **Responsibilities:** * Practical experience in configuration and installation of LAN/WAN network devices. * Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, PBR, IPSEC, GRE, DMVPN, RPVST/STP, VTP. * Monitor A10 appliances for performance, availability, and security alerts. * Practical experience in Data Center network management. * Practical experience with Cisco ISR and ASR routers. * Practical experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches. * Practical experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN. * Professional experience with load balancers. * Diagnose and resolve complex network issues affecting LAN, WAN, Internet connectivity, and end users. * Solid knowledge of WAN/LAN technologies, management, and monitoring. * Experience in network segmentation and standardization. **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
