We seek a civil engineer or architect to serve as a field construction resident, with experience in supervision and control of construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of work, monitoring progress, quantifying volumes, and verifying compliance with technical specifications. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed professional with official professional license (cédula profesional) * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a field construction resident * Experience in projects: civil works, potable water or drainage networks, parks or urban spaces * Proficiency in AutoCAD, intermediate Excel, Opus or Neodata **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Topographic surveys * Construction generators * Quantities takeoff (volumetry) * Construction control *Working hours: 9 AM–6 PM Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 9 AM–2 PM* Salary: $11,007.20 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
