Design and implementation of annual training plans On-site Recruitment and Training Analyst We seek a well-rounded professional with experience in talent attraction and organizational development—especially in technology, commercial, and marketing areas—who will actively contribute to talent growth within the company. Job Mission: Ensure talent attraction, selection, and development through the implementation of effective recruitment strategies and training programs aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: • End-to-end process management (job profile definition, posting, interviews, follow-up) • Attraction of specialized talent (tech, sales, and marketing) • Use of diverse recruitment sources and tools Training and Development: • Joint identification of training needs (TNA) with department leaders • Design and implementation of annual training plans • Development of training content and materials (presentations, manuals, onboarding kits) • Coordination of internal and external training sessions • Monitoring program effectiveness through evaluations and metrics • Support in onboarding and organizational induction processes • Implementation of development initiatives (upskilling, reskilling, and career path planning) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Time-to-fill for vacancies • Quality of hire • Training plan compliance rate • Post-training satisfaction and learning evaluation scores Required Profile: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and training • Knowledge of TNA, SIRCE, training plans, and organizational development • Experience recruiting technology, commercial, or marketing profiles • Analytical skills, strong organizational ability, and effective communication • Familiarity with LMS platforms or training tools is desirable.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience Age: 27 years or older Knowledge: Personnel training Keywords: analyst, selection, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment, training, capacity building, trainer, technologist, technician, tech, technology, tecnología, technologist
