MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Office Activities Experience: Quotations with service providers, tracking of administrative procedures, coordination of project deliveries, invoicing, inventory control, warehouse receipts and dispatches. Project control and follow-up (goods delivery, coordination of service providers, delivery reviews, technical documentation). Regional collections management (government and private sector). Coordination of vehicle and office maintenance. Documentation of procedures. Expense reporting. Petty cash management. Leadership (Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance) REQUIREMENTS: Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Accounting; Master’s degree (preferred). Proficient use of PC and Microsoft Office. Flexible working hours. Executive appearance. SKILLS: Intermediate English. High sense of responsibility. Process orientation.
