Credit and Collections Analyst What do you need? Interest in technology and administrative areas Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field (completed) Intermediate Excel skills; formulas, pivot tables, filters (technical test required) At least 2 years of experience tracking and reviewing supplier and creditor invoices for payment scheduling; experience managing billing portals and in retail is essential. Responsibilities: Timely scheduling of payments according to their due dates Recording and tracking of payments. Receiving invoices and sales reports for payment of consigned merchandise. Tracking and supporting users from various departments. Responding to supplier emails and phone calls. Compiling documentation for payments and CFDI folders for delivery to Accounting.
