Responsibilities: * Equipment repair and maintenance, installation, upgrade, replacement, and procurement (IMAC). * On-site technical support. * Providing technical support for related requests. * Practical experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop computers, printers, laptops, and other peripherals. * Level 1 and Level 2 Support. * Basic networking knowledge. MUST-HAVE: Conversational English. Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and management. Ability to work under deadlines and complete tasks on time.
