Timely resolution of technical incidents Compusof Mexico We are looking for your talent as an ATM Field Support Technician in the CDMX area. · Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (6 months of experience or recent graduate) · Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Automated Teller Machines or ATMs (Diebold, NixDoor, NextGen) · * Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD · * Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes established with the client. · We Offer: Field Engineer training Growth plans Continuous training.
