Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective field services, covering electricity, plumbing, and drywall. Key Highlights: 1. Additional unrestricted bonuses **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services in the field * Electrical work (light fixture replacements, outlets, switches, basic inspections) * Plumbing work (leak detection and repair, unclogging, faucet replacements, toilets, sinks) * Drywall installation and repair (walls, ceilings, patching, and adjustments) * Support for general maintenance tasks (painting, adjustments, fastening, minor repairs) * Proper use of tools and care of materials * Reporting of activities and documentation of completed work **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance * Demonstrable knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and drywall * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment * Availability for field work **Schedule:** * Monday through Saturday **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $13,500 * Additional unrestricted bonuses * Continuous employment and stability * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
