Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in real estate, capable of supervising inspections, repairs, and staff to ensure optimal facility operations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for planning and supervising maintenance activities. MAINTENANCE MANAGER FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY Requirements: * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years as Maintenance Manager or in a similar position. * Previous work experience in maintenance areas of condominiums. * Extensive knowledge and experience in developing, executing, and monitoring preventive, corrective, predictive, and major maintenance plans. * Solid technical knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and masonry. * Must be available to work from Monday to Saturday and occasionally on Sunday duty. Responsibilities: * Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. * Prepare reports and track maintenance department activities. * Plan and supervise all installation and repair activities. * Assign workloads and supervise maintenance staff. * Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
